You can purchase and register your attendance for a Vetworks event, training or other consultancy service or product on this website.
Fees and pricing listed on this website are excl. fees & VAT.
We accept the following forms of payment: bank wire transfer or online, directly on this website.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases and registrations made on this website. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchase(s) and any applicable transaction fees (if applicable), and you authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. Details will be clarified during the payment process.
We reserve the right to refuse any registration or purchase placed through the site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel, for example, tickets purchased per order. These restrictions may include unauthorised orders placed by or under the same account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by resellers or by people with false intentions (e.g. not for the purpose of attending a training session, but for other reasons).
Refunds: cancellation and transfer policy
Please note that a paid registration fee is generally non-refundable, unless in case of:
(i) force majeure circumstances (i.e. circumstances out of your control, such as a travel ban or other restrictions issued by your government) or;
(ii) a timely notification of non-attendance. As an attendee to a training or other Vetworks event, you can cancel your attendance provided you have notified us minimum 48 hours in advance to the starting time of the registered training or event. A cancellation notification will only be valid if it is sent on time to email@example.com, detailing your cancellation request. Cancellation notifications made less than 48 hours before the training or event will not be accepted and refunded.
In case of a valid cancellation, you will be refunded the original amount (e.g. the registration fee, ticket fee) as invoiced, together with a credit note.
You can also, subject to availability, opt to reschedule your attendance to a later event or training session. In this case, the paid registration fee will not be automatically refunded but will be applied to the later event or training session. A ticket to a Vetworks training or event is also personal and non-transferable to another attendee, unless notified and agreed to by an employee of Vetworks.
In case you want to cancel a book (or other product) purchase made on this website, you can do so within 30 days after your purchase. Please contact us at email@example.com prior to returning your book(s) to us. We will refund you the amount paid to us, provided the returned book(s), or other product(s) purchased, is in original condition and in good state. Shipping costs related to your return are at your own expense.
Please contact us via mail at firstname.lastname@example.org in any of those circumstances (e.g. cancelled attendance, ticket transfer, …). We are here to help you.
