Bibek completed his Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (BVSc & AH) from the Institute of Agriculture and Animal Science (IAAS), Tribhuvan University, Nepal, in 2013. He further advanced his education by earning a Master of Veterinary Science (MVSc) from the Faculty of Animal Science, Veterinary Science, and Fisheries (FAVF) at Agriculture and Forestry University, Nepal.

In 2014, Bibek joined Cobb Nepal Pvt. Ltd., a broiler grandparent company, where he led the production team, emphasizing bird health and husbandry management. From 2016 to 2023, Bibek served as the Technical Director at Hygiene Agro Pvt. Ltd., a broiler breeding and hatching company in western Nepal, where he provided strategic leadership to the production team, focusing on breeder health and husbandry practices. Between August 2023 and June 2024, Bibek worked as an Area Sales Manager in New Hope Agribusiness Nepal Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of New Hope Liuhe- a multinational livestock feed company headquartered in China. In this role, he spearheaded the sales of New Hope poultry and swine feed in western Nepal.  

In 2023, Bibek brought nearly a decade of poultry industry experience to Vetworks, where he initially worked part-time before transitioning to a full-time role as a Product Specialist in June 2024. Currently, Bibek is pursuing a PhD at Ghent University, specializing in “The use of artificial intelligence for gut health monitoring in poultry,” showcasing his dedication to innovation and advancement in poultry health and management.
