Kris’s poultry career started in 2005 when he joined Spoormans, a Belgian broiler integration, as a Technical Sales Manager serving The Belgium and The Netherlands markets. Fine-tuning technical and financial performance for customers by improving farm and bird management.

In 2007, Van Daele started to work as a Technical Sales Manager at Aviagen, serving the Belgian and North French markets for broilers and breeders. From 2012, he provided support in France, Russia and Jordan. In 2014, he specialized in artificial insemination and group house management for broilers and breeders. In 2017, he became the technical director in Western Europe and joined the global Aviagen technical team.

Kris moved to Vietnam in 2019, where he became General Manager for BelGa LLC, leading the company that produces day-old broiler and layer chicks for the Vietnamese, Burmese and Cambodian markets. In 2022, he moved back into operations for the De Heus Genetics division in Vietnam as Genetics Operations Excellence Director, improving the daily operations in poultry, swine and duck farms.

Kris joined Vetworks in 2024, bringing with him nearly two decades of rich experience in the poultry industry.
